Yeah, I am pretty sure the main culprit is the GT 7800 card. I am thinking in get rid of it or pressure Apple to upgrade for a better card.

What about denying somebody a job because of their, say, intelligence? Charisma? Any number of things that are largely predetermined?
Ethnicity doesn't say anything other than the color of the persons skin. However, intelligence and stuff are things that actually can affect wether you are qualified or not. Two quite different things, if you ask me.

Not really. With so many people owning iPhone 4s and iPad 1s, there's little danger of being "spec'd out" of most software on the App Store anytime soon.
Dev's will write apps to take advantage of the A-5, but I highly doubt the overwhelming majority will write their apps to require it. That'd be throwing away too much potential profit.
I'm sure it'll be nice and people will wow about with how "snappy" the processor makes the phone, but the fact is that an A-5 alone isn't a compelling reason to upgrade unless Apple makes major revisions to iOS5 that require it.

One thing that is important to investors is the ranking of units shipped (in comparison to other companies.) Apple is currently 4th behind Gateway -- but VERY close!! Q4 2006 should bring Apple to the 3rd place for US shipments in America, behind Dell and HP. That will turn a lot of heads. I have to agree with most here that Pages didn't live up to my expectations. However, I can't agree with you that Word has been perfected. Word is complete nightmare in certain situations. Its non-intuitive and not very user friendly in many cases (especially the windows version!). I do prefer it to Pages, but its by no means the best that can be done..Word was nearly perfect up until about version 4.0 (on the Mac), it was all downhill from there as far as I'm concerned. As for Pages, it looked pretty goofy to me as well, but the first versions of FCP, Keynote, OS X, all the iLife apps, .Mac, and pretty much anything else they're ever done were quite flakey, slow, underfeatured, and rough around the edges too. Apple just takes a long bloody time to refine their apps until they're "ready for prime time". That's fine, because once they do get an app refined, they tend to be fantastic -- I just wish they'd stop gouging us for full price each time we upgrade from their "betas" to a release-quality app. I'll check out Pages again when it gets to version 3.0.1 or so.

Wow. And travel agents are going to keep us from buying plane tickets online. More recently real estate agents aren't happy with online real estate brokering. Go figure. Instead of innovating and finding ways to adapt, they just complain and threaten. If they're not careful, they'll go the way of the travel agent...

Ivy Bridge's IGP will have 16 EUs (compared to 12 in SB IGP) along with DirectX 11 and OpenCL 1.1 support. If the clock speeds stay the same, then it would be around 50% faster than the current one, although that isn't that big of an upgrade.
Apple never said they removed the BL KB because it is a luxury feature. In fact, none of us knows why Apple removed it.
My guess is it's either to save battery, or they just needed the last bit of space

I am still having no sound and no badges. I have tried reinstalling the app and doing a hard reset. Nothing. All I am getting is the alert but nothing else.
Your iphone is sooo modded im not surprise... Lol im jailbreak too and everything seems to work except for the sound... The push is fast too it comes 1sec before my mobile me email notification

I challenge both points, pedantically and pragmatically. Canada is no more a "democracy" than the US, though perhaps slightly less messed up. If it was, you would not be able to brazenly put forth the second assertion. In a real democracy, there are no winners. Debate results in compromise. Compromise leaves everyone disappointed but (usually) sanguine, because those other guys are also comparably disappointed.

I have come accross another bug, or it's my dual G5... or Atszyman is spoking me out! :mad: Like he's ever gonna catch up with me!
This is the case: I have three folding widgets running for over a week now, no problem in that week. I have three because I want to monitor someone behind me (Atszyman) and my next overtake in front of me. But when I just looked all three widgets where on Atszyman.
I routinely hack into your dual G5 and make sure that you get lots of Tinkers. This way I don't feel like I'm hindering the effort but I can still cripple you...:D
